Alone in the Woods is a book taking the form of a stack of risograph-printed cards with embossing. The printing shows empty scenes of the woods, caught by the glow of a flashlight, and the silhouettes of monsters are embossed into the darkness beyond. By holding the cards and shifting them in the light, traces of these monsters can be seen by the reader.
